In
compliance with Article 22 of the Law of Ukraine On the
Procedure for Covering Activities of the Governmental
Authorities and Local Government Bodies in Ukraine by Mass
Media(The Official Bulletin of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine,
1997, No.49, page 299) the Laws of Ukraine, resolutions of the
Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, resolutions and orders of the Cabinet
of Ministers of Ukraine, resolutions of the Supreme Court and
the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, decisions of the local
self-government bodies, other normative law acts are published
in the official publications (official bulletins, bulletins,
collections, information leaflets, etc.) and printed mass media
of the relevant government authorities and local self-government
bodies. Non-government printed mass media are entitled to
promulgate official documents of the government authorities and
local self-government bodies in compliance with the legislation
of Ukraine and on the grounds stipulated by the agreement
entered into between such agencies and editorial boards of the
printed mass media.
The language
of dissemination of the information on activities of the
government authorities and local self-government bodies shall be
determined in compliance with the Constitution of Ukraine and
the Law of Ukraine On Languages in Ukraine. In case of
dissemination of the official information in other languages,
the government authorities and local self-government bodies
shall provide for authentic translation from the state language
into another language in which such information is disseminated.
The mass media is prohibited to perform translation on its
own of the official information from the state language into
another language.

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. It comes out as from January 1, 1991.
The frequency is 5 times a week (except Sunday and Monday).
